69 - Laughing at the number 69
Yes, sixty-nine. Ha ha ha.
Uh, it's just a number. It comes after sixty-eight. It's not that amusing.
Yes, I know what the number looks like.
Yes, I know why it's funny, but don't you think we're a bit too mature to be laughing at something like that?
Yes, but must you point it out everytime you see the number 69?
Yes, I know...
Yes, but...
YES, I KNOW IT'S SEXUAL. I DON'T NEED YOU TO POINT THAT OUT TO ME. I GET IT. BUT I JUST DON'T FIND IT FUNNY.

i used to play bingo at this bar my mom worked at and whenever they called out 69 all of the drunks threw there arms in the air and cheered. i'm sort of on the fence though. sometimes its funny to see drunks cheer for dumb things but i guess theres a time and place. I always tried to get the math book in class that was numbered 69.
Its like a lot of "rude" humour - people laugh because its naughty, no other reason. Its like when kids are little and giggle at each other saying things like "bum". Toilet talk is what us parents call it, and that frankly is what it is.
6 and 9 are the last two numbers of my cell phone. Every time I've had to give the number out, I hear a pause then, "Did you say 69?"
Sometimes I think it's funny, depending on the context.
Short Stick: "all of the drunks threw there arms in the air and cheered"
Now, that's funny! lol!
you're just make fun on it then you will love it too?? LOL
It's actually funny. But it depends if the person who makes a point of the sexual preference is witty or not. Is toilet humor and sexual innuendos all he finds funny? Or can he conjure up a snappy, sarcastic joke as well, full of wit, irony and class?
Yes, sure is funny isn't it:) Who thought of it as a sexual term. .Interesting stuff.
It is nothing new or funny or sexual anymore. But trust me..the two numbers together do attract people's eyes. I remember in Paris (when I was living there before), the French railways (SNCF) made daily trains to Amsterdam for 69 euros and the posters were everywhere. And it did attract people's attention. It is an old theory and old fashion idea and nothing creative. But it did work !
the famous 69!!!! wuajajaja hi!! im Glen, and i was just passing by..ur blog is really cool...
only green minded idiots think it is one hell of a funny joke.
well. it's not even close to a joke.
haha 69
I strictly believe that 69 laughter should be reserved for bars, Frat parties, and any redneck even ever. Seems to be the only place were it's acceptable.
I don't really find it funny, either. I think the two numbers together look cool though . . . and that probably makes me weird.
:0]
You people sound like a bunch of elderly grandparents sitting in rocking chairs and knitting unfashionable sweaters that nobody will ever wear.
The number 69 is funny, and sexual innuendos are HILARIOUS. If you think it's inappropriate, then you are OBVIOUSLY too mature BY FAR and have LOST your inner child.
Lost it. Like, it's gone. Poof. Never to return. You should throw a funeral for it. I'll attend and bring some red roses.
Personally, I always find 68 funnier.
Madam, Let's do 68 and I'll owe you one.
Michael, you mean like that?
Leon Basin: It is quite imaginative...
Prash: I wonder what sort of person was behind such a marketing idea.
Glen: Hi there. Welcome and thanks.
hrix: *looks up green-minded* Ah. Yes.
Joseph: lol.
Randa: They look cool, especially this highway sign I found on Google.
Rosalie: Hahahahahahahahaha. I find that what you said speaks tons of truth. Sorry, we're old.
Madame DeFarge: How about the numbers 6, 8 and 9 in any order, in any number? 698969689...
Alan: Exactly. LOL
I agree iwth you on this. (although I have to admit that I do sometimes giggle at the number, but only to myself) but we ARE too old to be laughing at this!
Madame DeFarge & alan, what mean by 68?
8 = boobs?
!@#$%^&*()
Oh my...
Uh, Syam, click here.
I feel about 4:20 as you do about 69. They're no laughing matters, and should be taken extremely seriously.
UN SALUTO DALL'ITALIA,....LINA
Cat: Yes. Even if we were referring to the explicit stuff, one should not laugh at the slang terms for them.
Lina: I'm going to take a leap of faith and presume that that means "A salute from Italy". Buongiorno!
